Start typing a name to pick a customer from your book. Details print under "To,". The heading and box rows print in the summary box on the first page.
Prices, terms and conditions
Enter a price for each machine, or type the plant cost yourself. Your usual quotation shows only the plant cost; tick the box if you want each machine's price printed too.

Terms and conditions
Edits here change this quotation. Press Save as my default terms to start every new quotation with them (terms, scope, payments, bank details, header and validity).

Click any machine to change it, or click the customer, price box or terms to jump to that step.
Inbox
Everything customers did that needs you: payment proofs, messages, complaints, requests, and today's WhatsApp messages.
Users and settings
Admins and staff sign in with a password and Google Authenticator. Customers sign in with a code sent to their email and are not listed here.
Terms and Privacy
What customers read and accept. Every save becomes a new version; orders already accepted stay on the version they accepted.
Email (Brevo)
How the system sends email. While sending is OFF every email stays in Inbox → Emails and goes to nobody.
Backups
The server keeps every file and a database backup for each of the last 30 days. A copy on your PC (the Vidarbha Backup tool) keeps everything safe if the hosting is ever lost.
Export and import
The database backup has every record but not the PDFs, payment proofs and photos; the PC backup has both.
