Vidarbha Agro Chemicals Company uses your details only to quote, supply and service your plant, and never sells them. This notice follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we keep, and why

Who sees it
Our staff who handle your order. Brevo sends our emails, our hosting company (GoDaddy) stores the data on its servers, and we share details with tax authorities when the law requires it. Nobody else.
Cookies and email tracking
This portal sets one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. It uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Our emails contain a small tracking image and personal links, which tell us when an email was opened or a link clicked. We use this only as proof of delivery.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are our customer and then for 8 years, the period Indian tax law requires us to keep business records. Login codes expire after 10 minutes.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete what the law does not require us to keep. You can also withdraw consent to future emails, except those about an open order.
